If the procedure is sub-pectoral, the feel of the implant becomes less important. Your tissue and muscle will hide the composition of the implant while still benefiting from the added volume.

You can expect to experience some swelling, bruising, and tenderness around the chest. A surgical bra will need to be worn during your recovery to provide support and assist with swelling. Heavy lifting, exercise, and other physical activities will need to be avoided for around 6 weeks.
