Breast Augmentation: High Profile Allergan Implants - Breast Augmentation - Gilbert, AZ

This is a 32 yo woman from the Gilbert, Arizona area who came to my North Scottsdale/Phoenix office desiring to improve the appearance of her breasts. She felt that her chest was not proportional to the lower half of her body and wanted more of an hourglass appearance. She was wearing a 34 A padded bra that she did not fill out completely. She wanted to be as full as possible while maintaining a natural appearance. She chose to have saline implants. I placed 465 cc smooth round high profile Allergan implants filled to 475cc each under the muscle via an inframammary crease incision. She is now wearing a 34 D bra and feels much more proportional and is very pleased with her new body.
