This 26 yo young lady from Scottsdale came to my office asking for saline breast implants to enhance the appearance of her breasts. She was unhappy with her size and felt that her breasts were not symmetric. She was wearing a 34 B Victoria’s Secret bra. She wanted to be as large as possible for her frame. I tried various sizers during surgery and placed 500cc smooth round high profile saline implants under the muscle and filled the right to 525 cc and the left to 550cc. The implants were placed via an IMF incision. She is now wearing a 34 Full D bra and is very pleased with her result and improved symmetry.
